At Global Therapy Inc., we are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team in our Bentonville, AR office. As a member of our behavioral health outpatient therapy practice, the Clinician will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to assigned clients
Interview clients and assess their current condition, needs, strengths, and weaknesses
Accurately diagnose clients utilizing DSM criteria
Develop tailored and measurable goals and treatment plans for each client
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Offer guidance and counseling on the best course of action during therapy sessions
Maintain accurate records and report on clients' status
Refer clients to community services as needed to support their recovery
Proven work experience as a social worker is preferred
Strong working knowledge of social theories and practices
